This is a set of garage drawings I did for a friend of mine in 2006. He wanted to build a brick two car garage and workshop, but later found that brick pushed him out of his budget.

Set of house plans I did for a friend in 2005. This is a two story house with a backfill basement in a rather low area. The lower story is 12″ block, while the upper story is 6″ block all solid filled with 3,000 PSI concrete, and brick veneer. I designed and engineered the Joists, steel column supports and hangers, porches, and headwalls . Rafter engineering was provided by the manufacturer.
